The RAASK is a high quality double wall exhaust system, ID is slightly larger than stock so the inner air gap is probably smaller. The HD muffler I used will fit between the inner and outer pipe after you cut off how ever much you want. I went long for torque and extended the stock muffler support with a piece of bar stock. Watch where the spot welds are so it works out. Did not effect low speed operation as much as the HH single wall unit did. HH is much larger and really has no restriction to speak of.Great for high RPM operators. Still pulls from indicated 35 MPH in 5th OK. HD muffler was rated at 84 db for FXD(F) which is the big engine so I'm sure ir isn't as restrictive as the stock on, the sporster muffler I tried way early on the stock pipe was even after I punched a 1/2" hole in the baffle. It was very heavy and maybe water soaked, but it should have dried out with the exhaust heat. Muffler(s) were in a HD shop display as 'Screamin Eagle', their performance line, I think the sign was in error as most SE stuff is branded as such andone of these has HD logo on it. Works for me.
